Requirements
Diploma or certificate in horticulture or related field.
– Proven and traceable experience.
– Knowledge of the climatic conditions of Upper Chipinge will be an added advantage.
– Knowledge of production patterns of other horticultural producers in and around Chipinge will also be an added advantage.
– Ability to plan production schedules and write daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports.
– A flare for marketing.
