Training Administrator Full Time

Main Responsibilities

 Facilitates trainings as part of the SAZ internal trainers team
 Assist in ensuring that all documented procedures are available and implemented
 Assist in preparation of Management Review Meetings
 Keep all minutes/resolutions of the Management Review and maintain records thereof
 Prepare and update training documentation including, procedures monthly report, weekly training schedule, training materials
 Prepares quotations for clients
 Ensure adequate backup of all training documentation
 Monthly promotion of upcoming courses to new and existing clients
 Ensures that all invoices are submitted to Accounts department before the last day of the month
 Ensures that participants make payments before the first day of the course
 Ensure that certificates are prepared by the last day of the month
 Organises all training requirements such as venues, refreshments, equipment


 Bsc in Education/ Social science Degree
 Diploma in Training
 Quality Assurance Part 2 and internal audit in any system will be an added advantage


 2 years experience in industry
