Qualifications and Experience
Master’s degree in social work, social science or related field; At least minimum three years’ experience in community development and/or mobilisation; Experience working with children and adolescents essential; Comprehensive understanding of the Africaid Zvandiri Model desirable; Technical working knowledge of HIV; Knowledge of and familiarity with the Ministry of Health and Child Care; Strong report writing and computer skills; Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening, presentation and facilitation; Demonstrated experience in adolescent HIV/ART programming, including community, peer-led interventions; Written and spoken English, knowledge of Shona and Ndebele essential
