Bursar Full Time

Qualifications and Experience

a) Be a holder of an Accounting Degree and at least a relevant Master’s Degree together with a professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA);
b) Be a registered Public Accountant;
c) Have at least ten years managerial experience, a minimum of four years having been at a senior level in a large organisation;
d) Be highly competent in relevant Information Management Systems;
e) Have a strong understanding of the challenges facing Higher Education Institutions;
f) Be able to contribute to the overall good management of the University and keep pace with other changes in the internal and external environment and in the international environment;
g) Have a proven track record of taking full responsibility for a multi-faceted job in a dynamic environment and
h) Be a highly credible and mature person who enjoys an outstanding reputation in the financial sector.
